5 Minute Focus

How to use it

1.

Hit the play button to start a new session. Each session last 5 minutes. 

2.

Focus your attention on the circle at the center of the screen. 

3.

Random numbers will flash on the circle at irregular intervals, so pay attention.

4.

Tap anywhere on the screen whenever '0' appears; you can tap anytime before the next number flashes. So relax.

5.

After each session, you will receive a score measuring the degree of your focus. 

6.

Remember, focus on the circle as on your breath during meditation, and you should not be tensed, as you would while playing a game.
